GRID Studio iPod Touch Artwork 2023 REVIEW
GRID Studio offers unique artwork for offices and homes, such as the GRID iPod Touch. Because the art is handmade, there is the chance that individual pieces may peel away from the backing. This can easily be remedied by using adhesive pices to reattach items when necessary. The price seems high but it is custom artwork with an expensive piece of technology as the featured item.

GRID Studio iPod Touch provides unique artwork for your office
Finding unique artwork to place in your office can be a lot of fun. There are many options available to make your office stand out. Some people use decals and stickers while others mix and match art prints to create their own sense of style and showcase their individual personalities. One of the most unique pieces of artwork I have in my office actually a piece of technology — the GRID iPod Touch.
About
GRID Studio was formed when the six founders decided to create an art project from an iPhone 4S. One of the partners was compelled to deconstruct the iPhone and mount it onto paper. The result was an amazing piece of art that they felt should be shared with others. What was once a hobby quickly turned into a mission of keeping amazing technology alive.
GRID collects devices from repair shops and collectors in order to get the parts they need for their artwork. All the parts they use are original to the device with the exception of the batteries. Fake batteries are used with the art so that there is no danger of explosion or corrosion over time.
GRID currently offers more than 60 options for their unique art pieces. The categories they cover are Mobile Phones, iPad, Game Console, Smart watches, Portable Music Players, Pins, and MacBooks. The GRID iPod Touch is one of four items in the GRID Studio Portable Music Player lineup. The other pieces are the iPod Photo, iPod Nano 3rd Generation, and the iPod Classic 4th Generation.
History of the iPod Touch
The iPod Touch was originally introduced in 2007 with the final generation being released in May 2019. The iPod Touch is a portable media player that was designed by Apple. It is a multi-touch device that includes a 3.5-inch widescreen display and had both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities. The final generation of the iPod Touch was powered by the Apple A10 Fusion chip.
The iPod Touch featured a built-in camera for taking photos and videos, as well as a front-facing camera for FaceTime. It also had a built-in speaker and microphone, allowing users to make phone calls and listen to music without needing to plug in headphones.
The final iPod Touch model was available in three different storage sizes: 32GB, 128GB, and 256 GB. The 32GB version was available in Space Grey, Gold, Silver, and Pink, while the 128GB and 256GB versions are available in Space Grey and Gold.
Approximately 100 million units of the iPod Touch were sold at the time it was discontinued. The iPod Touch was the last product in the Apple iPod’s product line.

User Experience
GRID Studio does a first-rate job of making a user feel special. The framed device comes wrapped in black paper and is closed with a wax seal. This adds an extra level of luxury to the experience of unboxing this unique artwork. The frame also comes with wall mounting hardware and a dust cloth so you can keep your art looking its best. In addition, the GRID Studio website includes detailed care instructions and other helpful tips to ensure that your device lasts and looks great for years to come.
You can remove the deconstructed device from the frame pretty easily as it is mounted to the frame’s cardboard backing. In order to capture close-ups of the parts of the iPod Touch, I did remove it from the frame. I discovered that the screen was already peeling off its mount. I placed a little bit of adhesive behind it so that it wouldn’t pop off the backing anymore. Aside from that, I did find a few dust particles inside the frame. This can easily be removed by using a vacuum or canned air to blow the dust off of the art.
Replacing the backing was very simple and anyone who has ever framed a photograph will be able to handle it. My iPod Touch had a film on the glass of the frame. It peeled off without much effort, but some of it does get caught under the frame unless you remove it from the frame first.
Installation is an easy process, too. The frame has picture hangers on the back and it’s very easy to use the provided hanging hooks to mount the GRID artwork to the wall. It feels secure and it looks great in my office as a decorative piece.
Conclusion
With proper care, the GRID Studio’s iPod Touch makes for a unique and eye-catching addition to any office or home. It’s especially great for any tech lover or Apple fan. If the iPod Touch isn’t one of your favorite devices, they have many different pieces of art to choose from and each is more unique than the last.GRID Studio offers unique artwork for offices and homes, such as the GRID iPod Touch
